Hotel Reservation Phone: 972-712-7200 Cut-off date for Room Reservations: When hotel reservations are made, there is a deposit equal to the room rate and tax for the first night for each reservation. The deposit is refundable to that individual only in accordance with the Hotel’s standard guest cancellation policy. Standard guest cancellation is 24 hours in advance of arrival date. Parking: There will be a charge of $15.00 for guests’ overnight self-parking, and an hourly charge for attendees who are not staying at the Hotel of $3.00 for each hour thereafter up to a maximum charge of $15.00. Surface parking (not garage) around the hotel is complimentary for day use only. All guest vehicles are charged for overnight parking, whether in the garage or on hotel property. |
